• Work in progress a 29er frame for a customer from Czech Republic. 142×12 dropouts and PostMount
• 32mm tube bender almost finished
• My dad joined Triton Bikes! WOOHOOO! Spent a couple of week learning again and now constructing the frames on the jig

– We have finished building a 80mm radius bender for 19mm tubes! Yes!
– Bought a huge 60kg chunk of steel, made tools to hold it on a lathe, then started machining it…later it will turn into a bender for 32 and 35mm tubing (front triangle).
– 29er frame in works for a Polish customer. Please note, this is the first time we are finally using 142x12mm dropouts compatible with DT Swiss 142×12 system. This frame also uses a 49.6mm headtube, but it’s really light due to its shape
– Made some simple centering tools to make it centering a quicker job
– etc etc

We are back from Italy!
Visited the Dedacciai bicycle tubing factory to get a few CrMo tubesets for our future steel frames.
Also visited SMS Santini to order Triton Bikes team wear.

In a couple of months we will be offering our own cycle wear: Triton team short sleeve jerseys, long sleeve winter jackets, shorts, tights, and gloves

Here is another portion of “Work in progress”.
We have done some new tools and don’t stop building frames!

Here are a few random photos of the work in progress within a couple of days at Triton

So here is our lightest (so far) road bike frame: only 1387 grams!
Framesize C-T: 510 mm (20″)
Paragon flanged dropouts with replaceable hanger
Everything light and simple
And OUR NEW Headbadge, YEAH

We have had guys from 360flip.ru
It’s a Russian website specializing in BMX, skateboard and other extreme sports.

Guys took an interview with the Triton employees and did a video of how production is performed at Triton.
Will post it once it’s available.

A couple of spy photos of our prototype components:
1. Stainless steel head badge. Will be offered as option soon.
2. Prototype stainless steel chainring. From 32T to 42T for singlespeed, 1×9 and possibly 1×10 drivetrains.
3. Steel low mount dropouts. Allows easy rack and fenders mounting, your caliper is protected within the rear triangle.
