We have machined a 1.5″ headtube (49.6mm standard) for an XL 29er frame.
The headtube is 190mm long!

Those are two quite unusual bikes.
The customer wanted two light and premium-class equipped bikes with fenders. Ready for comfortable rides in the forest and neighborhood.

We have started working at our own second shop at full speed. However we still lack some tooling/raw materials so the full load will be reached in the mid July.
This is one more all round XC Triton which color matches…a wall in the owner’s house.
Canadian Triton trials rider Vincent Boivin requested his frame powder coated into fluo green.
So we did.
And also coated two test steel frames that were lying around
Took a couple of photos of Gordey riding his freshly built hi-tech Triton featured earlier.
The chap loves his bike and he actually can lift it because it is so light!
That was our aim.
