Work in progress. April 19
Some photos of the frames and forks in progress
We have received a box with some awesome equipment from Anvil Bikeworks!
We got a bender that will be used for stays mainly. It will let us bend tubes from 16 to 22.2mm in OD to the radius of 9.375″ (238mm).
Also got a Post Punk postmount brake fixture that lets you align mounts for either on a fork or in four rotor sizes: 140, 160, 180 and 203mm!
We are not yet offering Post Mount solution because we have to design and machine PM mounts and test them.
But this should be available soon.
I was interviewed for the Russian TimeOut internet site and printed magazine.
Since we do a rare type of business for Russia, the magazine was interested to ask me a few questions.
They also did a photoshoot at a Triton office and workshop.

With the help of our new engineer Eugene we can now offer 3D models of a customer’s future frame.
Yess!
The long awaited PF30 reamer has finally arrived from the States!
We will be offering PF30 bottom bracket solution soon.
We have been working quite hard since the tubing arrived and will be shooting a bunch of frames very soon.
Right now my main welder is teaching the new welder to do his job right.
Also we are playing with the steel now. Looking forward to offer steel frames in near future.
The bike has been finished and tested. Everything runs smoothly and it’s ready to go to Montenegro
Building another AVM, number 2.
This one will be parked at the owner’s yacht in Montenegro.
Thus everything is white, nice and simple.
The finish is white glossy powder coat and decals are under the lacquer.
This bike was ordered as a birthday present to a person whose first letters of a name make it AVM.
So AVM edition #1
